This production was presented by Phoebus Cart in association with The Malvern Theatre Festival. It played at the Greenwich Theatre, London from 25 September - 28 October 1995. It also toured to the Chichester Festival Theatre in December 1995 and the Nottingham Playhouse; other venues unknown.
