Teohna Williams trained at Arts Educational Schools. Her non-Shakespearean classical credits include Lady Teazle in Richard Brinsley Sheridan's The School for Scandal (1992) and Vittoria in John Webster's The White Devil (1991) at the Liverpool Everyman.

Worked as an actor for ten years and then began using theatre as a peacebuilding tool, according to the Dance With Me project website. She holds a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and a Master's in International Affairs. She worked with the United Nations Development Program in Haiti and South Sudan. She currently lives in Geneva.
