Scott Karin trained at RADA, graduating in 2012. Theatre while training included playing Posthumus in Cymbeline (directed by Nona Sheppard) and Capulet in Romeo and Juliet (directed by Abigail Anderson). In 2013, he appeared in Nicholas Hytner's production of Othello at the National Theatre with Adrian Lester and Rory Kinnear playing Montano and understudying Chook Sibtain's Montano. Included as skills on his CV is mention of "military experience".
