"George Bukhari is already among my all-time favourite Bottoms, vaingloriously idiotic and hyperactive." ~ Libby Purves, The Times, 14 June 2012
"Once the play starts, we gather that the nobles of Athens are British gypsies. The four lovers could be something off a rough episode of Eastenders." ~ Quentin Letts, Daily Mail, 22 June 2012
"The set is a trailer park-cum-building site, towered over by an advertising hoarding showing a family frolicking with armfuls of shopping bags. It reads: 'Coming soon! You Dreamt of This. Athensfield by Oberon Developments: Your New Shopping Experience'....The Rude Mechanicals are thus a group of workmen employed by brutish building contractor Theseus..." ~ Fiona Mountford, Evening Standard, 14 June 2012
"This is the Dream set in a violent, ugly, modern Britain where fantasies come in shopping bags, Theseus gives his wife the odd smack in the face and a hoodie-sporting Puck prowls about on a BMX." ~ Claire Allfree, Metro (London), 21 June 2012.
