The first performance of this production took place on 18 November 2010 at the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry and subsequently toured nationally as well as to the Brooklyn Academy of Music, New York; Ann Arbor, Michigan; Madrid; Boston, Massachusetts; Neuss; and Galway.

This was an all-male production and ran in repertory with The Comedy of Errors.
