The first performance of this production was given on 13 March 2004 at Theatre l'Ideal, Theatre du Nord, Lille. The production toured within the UK as well as internationally to Lille, Paris, Rome, Istanbul, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Lisbon, Porto, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sydney, Warsaw, Brno, Prague, Dublin, New York, Los Angeles and Lagos. It finished its run at the Riverside Studios, London on 4 January 2005, according to Theatre Record.
