Macbeth (2004): Out of Joint
Production toured in 2004 and early 2005, playing at the Arcola Theatre, London; Batley; Wilton's Music Hall, London and the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis in late 2005.
The production also had several cast changes between its last London appearance and the tour in autumn 2005, which included the appearance in Minneapolis. Kevin Harvey appeared in the first cast only.
