Chook Sibtain won a scholarship to and subsequently trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. As well as his classical credits, Sibtain has played Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire (Nuffield Theatre, Southampton, 2008), John Proctor in The Crucible (Octagon Theatre, Bolton, 2008) and Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights (West Yorkshire Playhouse, 1999).
